I've been TAGGED!

Tag you're it!
I've been Tagged by Nat!!! A: Each player answers the questions about themselves. B: At the end of the post, the player then tags 5 people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know that they have been tagged and asking them to read your blog.

10 years ago: I would have been in High School getting ready for Junior Prom, YIKES! I was working at McDonalds, yes that was cool in good ole Tremonton. That was the spring I got my patriarachal blessing (sp?) I was selfish and the whole world revolved around me. Please don't comment, I know it's true.

5 things on my to-do list: Clean up dishes from the last couple of days, fold laundry, get Kenna off to school, make sure Boston doesn't pee his pants, and tell our landlords that Boston broke the towel rack off the wall in the bathroom. Yipes!

Snacks I enjoy: Well, I never met a chip I didn't like, licorice, Hershey's 60 calories choc. sticks, and well I think I like all snacks. It depends on my MOOD!

Things I would do if I were suddenly made a Billionaire: Pay off debts. Buy a house. Buy everyone a house, a car, travel the world (especially the Pyramids of Egypt), solve world hunger. You know, the regular. Oh and I have to put, pay tithing. Wow, how much would that be like millions.

3 of my bad habits: Overreacting, putting my kids to bed too late, not washing my make-up off before bed.

5 Places I have lived: Thatcher, UT, Susanville, CA, Sandy, UT, Moses Lake, WA, Vancouver, WA, and now Payson, UT. Oh wait, that is six.

Jobs I have had: McDonalds, McDonalds, Legal Secretary, cleaning houses, ShopKo, Staples, and Mystery Shopper.

Things people don't know about me: I love to do food storage, when I need to be alone I lock myself in the pantry with a cook book, I love watching "What not to Wear", and someday I hope to be a published Author.

I am tagging: Amber Richards, Steffanie Burton, Dave Ross, Coleen Donovan and Meaghan Allen.

Life, what an adventure!

Well the last couple of weeks have been pretty low key, but fun. Griffin turned 6 months old, and getting up on his knees rocking back and forth. I cannot believe he is getting so big. (tear) Boston is potty trained, yeah! And we have perfected the poopy dance (the dance we do whenever he goes #2)! It is pretty cute and I must say I enjoy doing it(dancing not pooping), let's just hope the neighbors aren't watching. Oh yeah, and he went to his first Sunbeams class on Sun, so cute. Kennedy has had a couple of days off of school that last couple of weeks, and it has been fun to have her home. She is doing excellent in school and is doing well at reading. She surprises me when we drive down the road and she starts reading words off the billboards. Josh has been enjoying company lunches and dinners and all that fun stuff, and he is getting ready to go visit our good friends up in WA this weekend. Well for me, I have been baking and trying out some new recipes (success and failure have been found) and trying to get organized. I am hoping to get started back up with my family history and scrapbooking soon. I did go and have my wonderful sis-in law Jen give me a pedicure on Sat. I had Griff with me and he slept the whole time! It was heaven!! Then I took myself to lunch, mmm, Panda Express! Probly not my first choice, but I knew Kenna would love the leftovers! Well, have a great week everybody.

A Beautiful Day!!

We finally had a Saturday morning when Josh didn't have to work! It was a great day! We got up and had breakfast together and then cleaned up the house. It as a beautiful sunshiney day and I had wanted to go to the store to buy a sled, so we got ready and went outside and then it just went downhill from there. j/k The kids started to play in the snow, and I started taking pictures. THEN Josh came out for a "look how hard I can throw a snowball" fight! Luckily he was nice enough to let me put my camera away before he started whizzing them by my head. It was so much fun trying to dodge the snowballs and hit Josh when he wasn't looking. I know, I know, it sounds like I wasn't playing fair, but sometimes that is the only way to play with Joshy. He has no mercy. The kids got into it too, and if you look close at the picture with the red cooler Boston is peeking around the corner. That was his hiding spot from Josh, and he found it all on his own. Kenna was clever too and hid behind the house or cars. When Griff woke up from his nap we brought him out for just a minute, and then our nice neighbors asked Kenna and Boston if they wanted to ride on the sled behind the four wheeler. YES, they screamed! They had a ball, and then I didn't feel so bad about not going to get a sled. We'll save that for another day. Now Dave, I know that shoveling snow is not too much fun, but maybe if you got Grandma Ross outside and had a snowball fight you might find a little humor in the snow! Hee, hee! Love to all.

This kid is so funny!

Man, my Boston has got to be the funniest kid ever. He comes up with the craziest things to do and say. Poor little guy, I know he has been suffering from lack of attention since Griff was born but come on sleeping in a box?
No, we just had some extra boxes lying around and the kids love to play in them, making forts, using them as coloring plates and oh much much more. So one day Boston tells me he is going to sleep in the box for naps.
And so he did.
As you can tell by the photo he got his pillow and went to sleep dreaming. He IS actually asleep in this photo. He stirred a few times, probly due to the comfort situation, and then fell back asleep for almost an hour and a half.
Man, I love this kid!
