It's your Birthday Shout Hooray!!

We have had a month full of Birthdays and it has been a blast!! Grandma, Grandpa, neices, nephews, and really great friends! We did not party it up with everyone, but we had a blast with those that we did, and missed those that we didn't. Lolli was so cute and loved her pink pig, we had fun eating Dave's cake without him (sorry about that), and I was able to get a fabulous pedi with Patti!! Thanks Dave for watching the kids.

It is wonderful to see how the Lord blesses us through people we know, whether it be family or friends!! We have amazing people in our lives!!

Here are a couple pics of the kids!

I love new things, who doesn't!

A couple of new fun things. Here is a picture of our new home! Wahoo, I am so excited!!! And to add to the fun new house is a fun new haircut. I have been wanting to cut it for awhile, and finally I did. It is quite drastic, but I love it. It is only hair right? I like to spice it up every once in awhile.

A Few Things!

Okay, first things first. We put in an offer on a home, and they ACCEPTED!! WAHOO! Hopefully all goes well and this will end our hunt. We are excited and very blessed because things just fell into place. We truly saw the hand of the Lord in this venture. I am hoping to get a couple of pics this weekend to post.

Second, Kenna lost her first tooth. It was a little tragic due to the fact that Josh pinched kenna's lip in the pliers instead of the tooth, but all ended well with Mom (aka me) pulling it out. It was very ready and the permanent tooth under it is already starting to poke up. The tooth fairly mended all bridges of this tragic loss, or not so tragic. She was finally able to get her name on the board at school for those you have lost teeth.

And last, and certainly not that important, but nonetheless funny, a picture of my "white trash" week. Driving my car around with nothing but the best, a plastic garbage bag and the fix all, duct tape. Classy, I know.

My Kenna!

Kennedy had Spring school pictures last week, and I couldn't bring myself to buy more so we took a few before she went to school. Oh, she's getting so grown up!

Kennedy also had a "Kindy 500" at school. No, it wasn't a race, the jist of it was that all the kids made their own cardboard car and they drove it around the school to different classes to learn about the United State of America. Kenna came home and told us all about the Liberty Bell, Lincoln Memorial, and the Flag. She said "Mom, did you know that Betsy Ross made the first American Flag"? All day she would come up with these random things. Ask Brad and Jen about dinner, it was hilarious. "I bet you didn't know that the liberty bell has a big crack in it", she said. So funny!! Kenna wanted a bus and Josh wanted a VW Bus so we this is what we came up with. I had a hard time stepping back and allowing Kenna to put her touches on it, but she did a geat job and we both learned things in the process.
